Step 2a: Begin entering the new lead's information
If you do not see the lead's service address appear automatically when typing it into the 'Search for Service Address' field, you can manually enter the service address by clicking the small blue arrow in the center of the screen.
Step 2b: Finish entering the new lead's information and click 'Save'
Step 3: Sync between RSO and QuickBooks.
