Step 1: How to Create User Names for Your Customers to Access Express Order

Before your customers can use Express Order, you will need to create a Username and Password for them. You can create multiple usernames that can order for multiple locations. In our example we are using Moe's Cafe with two store locations, Store 1 and Store 2.

Before creating user accounts for each location, make sure that you populate that locations specific pricing.  Add all of the possible items that location might order, and provide that locations sales price. To do that, double click on the customer name (IE Store 1) and click on the pricing tab:

Now comes the fun stuff. Click the drop down under Online Ordering and select Web Customer List. Select the customer name/location and provide username.  We HIGHLY suggest using an email address as the username as this is an easy username to remember.  As you create the users, decide whether or not you want this user to see the items pricing.
