Syncing MyCustomerConnect with RouteStar

Updating / Adding Products on the Web Store

 

Step 1:

First we need to bring the most recent information from QuickBooks into RouteStar, to do this press the update QuickBooks button in the top toolbar.

Step 2:

Click the blue button that says update only inventory.

 

Step 3:

When the sync is finished, we need to now send this data to MyCustomerConnect. Go ahead and click the button in RouteStar that says sync mobile devices.

 

Step 4:

Now press the blue button that says "Sync".

 

Now all the most recent information from QuickBooks has been update to MyCustomerConnect.
