Once you have received your confirmation email, log in to the account management portal located at: https://manage.mycustomerconnect.com
Then click on the orange button labeled "Finish Account Setup."
Type your company name in the box provided. *Note* please use letters and numbers only and no special characters or spaces.
Next we need to setup the credentials for the web database (MySQL). Follow the directions on the screen and press the green button at the bottom when finished.
Verify that the information you entered looks correct and press the button to complete the setup process.
